Wil je een vervolgafspraak maken voor een actief behandeltraject?
Kies dan voor de optie: sessie fysiotherapie, consult orthomoleculair therapie of sessie osteopathie
Heb je een bestaande klacht en ben je langer dan twee maanden niet bij je behandelend fysiotherapeut geweest?
Plan dan ook altijd een intake + behandeling in.

Would you like to schedule a follow-up appointment for an active treatment plan?
Then select the option: physical therapy session, consult orthomolecular therapy or osteopathy session.
Do you have an existing injury and haven't seen your treating physical therapist for more than two months?
Then always book an intake + treatment as well.
