📜 General Terms and Conditions
1. General Acceptance
These are the general terms and conditions. If you accept them, you can schedule an appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance via Business WhatsApp, email, or alternatively, you can cancel the booking via a link in the confirmation email.
Failure to notify me in time will result in a charge equivalent to the treatment duration one level below your booking. (Example: A booked 50-minute session will be charged as a 30-minute session.) This policy is necessery to cover the operational costs of the practice. Thank you for understanding.
3. For Physiotherapy
Payment & Invoicing: After the treatment, payment is due within 48 hours, and you will receive an invoice to submit to your health insurance provider.
Coverage: Coverage (depending on your health insurance provider) is typically between 20–100%.
Client Responsibility: This depends on your policy, and it is your own responsibility to clarify the details with your health insurance provider.
Service Codes: The service codes on the invoice are usually 1864, 1870, and 1000. If they are different, I will let you know.
Treatment Plans: If you have completed a treatment plan, you will receive a single, combined invoice at the end of the plan that includes all treatments.
4. For Physical Therapy
Choose a plan. The minimum is 8 sessions of 30, 40 or 50 minutes.
Payment: must be made in advance. There is coverage from health insurance.
