📜 General Terms and Conditions
1. General Acceptance
These are the general terms and conditions. If you accept them, you can schedule an appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance via Business WhatsApp, email, or alternatively, you can cancel the booking via a link in the confirmation email.
Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24h notice) are subject to the full consultation fee.
3. For Physiotherapy
Payment & Invoicing: After the treatment, payment is due within 48 hours, and you will receive an invoice to submit to your health insurance provider.
Coverage: Coverage (depending on your health insurance provider) is typically between 20–100%.
Client Responsibility: This depends on your policy, and it is your own responsibility to clarify the details with your health insurance provider.
Service Codes: The service codes for your health insurance on the invoice are usually 1860, 1864, 1870, and 1000. If they are different, I will let you know.
Treatment Plans: If you have completed a treatment plan, you will receive a single, combined invoice at the end of the plan that includes all treatments.

4. For Physical Therapy
Choose a plan. The minimum is 8 sessions of 30 or 50 minutes.
Payment: must be made in advance or monthly. There is coverage from health insurance.
