Bent u aanvullend verzekerd voor fysiotherapie, dan krijgt u meestal een deel vergoed. Hoeveel precies, hangt af van uw polis. Mocht u onverhoopt niet kunnen komen, laat het ons dan minimaal 24 uur van tevoren weten. Bij annuleren of verzetten binnen 24 uur zijn wij, ongeacht de reden, genoodzaakt de kosten van de afspraak in rekening te brengen.
Wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor Bekkenfysiotherapie:
Komt u op verwijzing van uw arts? Geef dit aan in het opmerkingenveld bij het maken van de afspraak en neem de verwijzing mee.
Voor post-partum controles en/of klachten, of als u bent doorverwezen door uw huisarts of specialist, kunt u het beste bij Querine een afspraak maken.
Bij zwangerschapsgerelateerde klachten kunnen Jara u eveneens begeleiden.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, we are obliged to charge the cost of the appointment, regardless of the reason.

Have you been referred bij you doctor? Please address in the comment field when planning your appointment and bring the referral with you.
For post-partum check-ups and/or complaints or if you have been referred by your doctor/specialist, please choose Querine.
In case of pregnancy-related complaints, Jara can support you as well.
